School Immunization Update

Alberta Health Services has sent out school immunization information to parents and guardians of students whose regular school vaccinations (non-COVID) are due. The following are included as part of the routine school immunization program:

• Grade 9 diphtheria/Tetanus/Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Meningococcal ACYW type vaccines
• Grade 6 for Hepatitis B and Human Papillomavirus
• Grade 1 who have missed the pre-kindergarten routine boosters and homeschooled students (these are done via your local Public Health office)
