PRPS Student Demographic Update Forms

With only a few months left in the school year, Prairie Rose schools will soon be sending out their 2024-2025 Returning Student Demographic Update forms to those who indicated they will be returning to Prairie Rose Public Schools in the fall. These forms are more detailed than the pre-enrollment forms you completed back in February and are required as part of the official student record. With our new School Engage system, all the information in the forms will be automatically populated for you from our student database (PowerSchool). You will be asked to confirm all the information on file for each student is correct and sign off on the form. If we don’t have information on file the field will be blank and you will be asked to complete it.
| What to do when you receive the email notification. |
| When you receive an email notification that a new form has been assigned to you, please log into your PowerSchool Parent portal, choose the School Engage option and complete any ‘Incomplete Forms’. This is exactly the same process as we did back in February. As a reminder, you CANNOT use the PowerSchool app to access School Engage. It MUST be done from a browser window. It is recommended you do not use a phone to complete the forms, as the form we will be sending out is longer than the one back in February and will be easier to complete on a computer screen. |
| What if I can’t remember my login information? |
| If you have trouble logging into PowerSchool, you can choose the Forgot Password option. All Prairie Rose parent account logins are set to be the email address you have on file with us. If you do reset your password, please be patient. It can take several minutes for the email reset confirmation to come through and it is also good practice to check your junk/clutter folders.
