Student Registration

Bus Transportation

If your child has not previously accessed bus transportation and you live within one of our designated busing areas, or outside of 2.4 kilometres from your local school, you may be eligible for school bus transportation. Transportation forms were assigned to returning students as part of the annual registration process. New students who indicate they require transportation will be assigned a form through School Engage.

All eligible Prairie Rose bus students will be automatically assigned to a new bus route should their school change (i.e. Parkside to Eagle Butte). Families will receive an email in mid July confirming bus registration and route number. They will also receive a phone call from their bus driver the week prior to the start of school with pick up and drop off times.

School Supplies for 2025-2026

In addition to purchasing school supplies, parents may be asked to pay fees to support additional programming needs (as determined by their school) as well as a $30 technology fee for students in grades 4-12. The $30 fee supports one-to-one technology devices with each grade 4-12 student being issued a Chromebook at the beginning of the year that can be transported to and from school. The annual user fee allows the division to ensure that each child has their own device at school and at home, provides teachers with an instructional tool that is consistent across the school division and includes routine maintenance and replacement.
